Blue Knights New York IV is pleased to announce that we will be hosting the

2008 Fall Tri-State Conference Weekend.

October 10 - 13, 2008

Blue Knights New York IV cordially invites you all to come to Western New York for your 2008 Tri-State Conference Weekend. NY IV, your past hosts for the 1999 and 2002 TSC Weekends, have this time chosen the Radisson Hotel in Henrietta, NY, a suburb of Rochester, as our host facility.

The Radisson is on the edge of suburban Henrietta and rural Scottsville. It is located next door to the famed Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and just a half mile from the historic Erie Canal. Easy access to the Radisson is made from the New York State Thruway (I-90) and Interstates 390 and 490 only minutes away. Henrietta is the Rochester area’s primary shopping area and the Radisson is only a couple minute drive from Marketplace Mall, Southtown Plaza and hundreds of restaurants, department stores, shops and dealerships. Two minutes down the road the other direction and you will be in the country viewing Western New York’s spectacular fall color foliage, thousands of acres of farm land and some of the most beautiful rural countryside that Mother Nature can provide.

As for the Conference, well NY IV has learned how to do it right as we have proven in the past. We have all the usual Tri-State Conference amenities and functions planned along with maybe a few pleasant surprises. We have negotiated an unheard of room rate with the Radisson for Western NY on a fall holiday weekend. Rooms normally listed for $139 plus will be given to Blue Knights for $89.00 per night. Our hospitality room with beer, wine, well drinks, soda and snacks will be on a “Blue Knights Only” floor and will be open each day until the last person decides to leave except for during the two main dinners on Saturday and Sunday night. We will re-open after dinner. Raffles and door prizes will be abundant as will food and refreshments. Indoor and outdoor vendors, chapter sales, guided and self-guided rides, bike games, entertainment, good friends, fun and more will all be plentiful.

Note that due to the holiday weekend, the hotel can only guarantee the $89.00 room rate until SEPTEMBER 1, 2008. Please reserve your rooms early! All participants registered with the hotel AND NY IV by August 1, 2008 will be entered in an Early Bird Registration Drawing and will be eligible to win your weekend’s room rate for two people PAID IN FULL. Room reservations will be made directly with the host hotel and are separate from Conference Registration to be made with the NY IV. HOTEL RESERVATIONS should be made by calling the Host Radisson direct at 585-475-1910 and ask for the group in-house reservations to obtain the group rate.

Your conference cost for all this and more will be $98.00 per person / $190.00 per couple for the entire weekend. Individual day packages will also be available. Since not all people eat breakfast, weekend packages will include one breakfast for each person on your choice of mornings in the hotel restaurant. Additional Breakfast Tickets my be purchased on your Reg Form.

We also hope that you will take note that our Saturday evening Dinner Theme with be a HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY and there will be prizes for the best Male and Female Costume along with maybe a few other surprises.
