Blue Knights - New York IV
Greater Rochester, NY and Genesee Valley Area
Ride With Pride
Chapter Officers

In an effort to help you better know who NY IV is,
below is a short bio on our current Chapter Officers.
President  Peter Henry -  From Chili, NY, Pete is our current President. He was formerly VP and a Director and has been a Blue Knight since 2001. Pete is a Police Sergeant with the Village of Avon, NY Police where our Chapter holds it's meetings and participates in nearly every ride. Pete is also an active Volunteer Fire Chief and a true asset to our organization.

Vice President Patrick Andrews - From Williamson, NY, Patrick is a long time NYS Corrections Officer who spends much of his work time teaching at DOC's academy.  Patrick joined the BK in 2002 and was a casual member for a short time not realizing the full meaning of the BK until his only daughter passed away at a young age from a rare blood disease. The outpouring from the chapter and the large turn-out of our escort team to assist with the funeral, showed Patrick and his wife Jill just how much of a family we are.  Patrick is now one of our most passionate members offering his assistance with anything we wish to do.

Secretary Laurie Kingsley - Laurie also lives in Chili, NY and is a retired officer from Rochester PD.  Laurie learned of NY IV in 2003 when her brother Marc, who was a Blue Knight in Kentucy, past away during a motorcyle trip.  Marc's chapter in Kentucky then contacted NY IV to assist with the BK funeral arrangements.  Laurie was so impressed by the BK family that, as a tribute to Marc, Laurie learned how to ride a bike and joined us.  She now is one of our most reliable and active members.
Treasurer Gregg Lang - Gregg is a New York State Trooper from Rochester, NY. Gregg has been a Trooper since 1996 and was recently promoted to the Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI).  Gregg joined the Blue Knights in June of 2005, a short time after meeting our chapter during a funeral escort for the daughter of one of our members.  Since joining the Blue Knights, Gregg has been a very active member. Currently he is the only NYS Trooper in our ranks but we trust that his participation will encourage others to join.

Past President Ron Bryant - Ron lives in Webster, NY and is a long time veteran with NYS, currently for the Division for Youth at Industry.  Ron has been a Blue Knight since 1994, 4 years each as Vice President and as Chapter President. Ron is an active Mason and has co-chaired many MC events.

Past President & Webmaster Don Parker - Don, the senior Chapter member, lives in Perry, NY. He retired in 2005 from the Village of Perry Police after 24 years and is now a Wyoming County Sheriff's Deputy.   A Blue Knight since 1989, he has served 10 years as NY IV's President and one each as Director, Treasurer and VP.  Don has also served as the NY State Representative to the Tri-State Conference and Secretary to the International Board of Governors and was the first "Keeper of the List" for the Blue Knights Roadside Assistance Program.

Director & Quartermaster Bob Fisher - Volunteering to take over the Chapter Quartermaster job, Bob is a retired Greece PD officer where he worked for 21 years. Bob lives in Webster and is an active Mason there. Bob has been a Blue Knight since 2003 and dabbles in plumbing and heating in his spare time.

Director Stan Knutowicz - Stan (club name Tinkie – don’t ask) lives in from Walworth, NY. Stan is a full-time Public Safety Officer at Monroe Community College and a part-time Police Officer with the Village of Sodus Point. Stan joined the Blue Knights in March 2004 and immediately became one of our escort riders and an avid traveler to BK events. Stan and his wife Julie (also a Police Officer from Brighton, NY) love to ride and are both a very active members in the club.

Director  Dave Rouse - Dave, the newest member of our Board, has been a Blue Knight since 2005 but has been a police officer since 1981.  Dave has served in nearly every PO position there is over his career and is the current Chief of Police in Bath, NY where he lives.  Since joining the chapter, Dave has been instrumental in bringing in many new members from his area and participates in nearly every local BK function. Dave says that his motorcycle is his primary escape from the daily BS of nearly 30 years of police work.

Ambassador George Todd - Living in Hamlin, NY, George has had a long career in Law Enforcement with the NYS Parks Police, Public Safety at SUNY Brockport and now as Security Director for the Rochester Transit Authority.  Also in his long career as a Blue Knight with NY Chapters 4 and 17, George has held many Chapter Offices including President of NY 17. George also has held the Tri-State Conference Offices of Secretary, Vice Chairman and Chairman.  When other Chapter Officers cannot make a Tri-State or International event, you will see George there being NY IV's Ambassador.

These are just a few of the dedicated members that make up NY IV
and there is so much good that can be said about each and every Chapter member.  However, time and space does not provide for us listing a bio for each member.  It will just have to suffice to say that NY IV has the best and most active members that any organization could ask for.
